The Role

As our Head of Customer Success, you will spearhead the strategy, execution, and scaling of customer success initiatives at Sully.ai. You will ensure that healthcare providers not only adopt our innovative solutions quickly but also derive ongoing value from them. This role is designed for a leader who combines strategic vision with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, startup environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Drive Customer Success End-to-End: Develop and execute a comprehensive customer success strategy that spans onboarding, engagement, retention, and expansion.
  • Build & Scale the Team: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing customer success team that is passionate about improving patient care.
  • Optimize the Customer Journey: Oversee seamless onboarding, training, and continuous support to ensure customers unlock rapid, sustainable value from our AI solutions.
  • Leverage Data & Insights: Utilize CRM and customer success analytics to monitor health metrics, identify risks, and drive proactive engagement.
  • Collaborate Across Functions: Work closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to align on customer feedback, iterate on product enhancements, and launch targeted success initiatives.
  • Advocate for Our Customers: Serve as the customer’s voice, ensuring their needs and challenges are front and center in strategic decisions.
  • Represent Sully.ai: Act as a thought leader at industry events, webinars, and client engagements to boost brand reputation and drive strategic partnerships.

Who You Are

This is a high-ownership leadership role for someone who thrives on building strong, enduring customer relationships and driving scalable success.

🚀 Must-Have Experience
Startup & SaaS Expertise: You’ve been a Founder, Co-Founder, or a senior leader in customer success at a startup (ideally in a sub-10 or sub-20 person team).
Customer Lifecycle Mastery: Proven experience managing the full customer journey—from acquisition through expansion—with a track record of high retention and satisfaction.
Data-Driven Decision Maker: Skilled in using CRM and customer success platforms to analyze metrics and drive continuous improvements.
Exceptional Communicator: Ability to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders, including healthcare providers and internal teams.
Operational & Strategic Leader: Experience developing scalable processes and strategies in dynamic, fast-growth environments.
