What You'll Do
- Prospect and Qualify Leads: Identify, research, and engage potential customers through various channels, including cold calls, emails, social media, and networking.
- Initial Outreach: Initiate contact with prospects to understand their needs and introduce them to our products/services.
- Schedule Meetings: Book discovery calls and demos for the sales team with qualified leads.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with Sales Teams: Work closely with Account Executives to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads.
- Market Intelligence: Gather feedback from prospects to help refine messaging, product offerings, and sales strategies.
- Meet and Exceed Goals: Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly activity targets, including calls, emails, and meetings set.
What You'll Bring
- Experience: 5 years in a similar role, preferably in SaaS, technology, or B2B industries
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Persistence and Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive, results-driven attitude
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales enablement technologies
- Organized and Detail-Oriented: Able to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
- Team Player: Collaborative mindset with a willingness to support team goals
