What You'll Do
As an SDR at Sully.ai, you will play a crucial role in our sales process by prospecting, qualifying leads, and scheduling high-value meetings with healthcare decision-makers. You’ll be responsible for outbound engagement through multiple channels, ensuring a steady pipeline for our sales team while helping refine our sales strategies through market insights.
- Prospect and Qualify Leads: Identify, research, and engage potential customers through various channels, including cold calls, emails, social media, and networking.
- Initial Outreach: Initiate contact with prospects to understand their needs and introduce them to our products/services.
- Schedule Meetings: Book discovery calls and demos for the sales team with qualified leads.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with Sales Teams: Work closely with Account Executives to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified leads.
- Market Intelligence: Gather feedback from prospects to help refine messaging, product offerings, and sales strategies.
- Meet and Exceed Goals: Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly activity targets, including calls, emails, and meetings set.
What We're Looking For
- At least 5+ years in Sales Development or a similar role in SaaS, technology, or B2B industries.
- Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written English skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Persistence and Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive, results-driven attitude.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales enablement technologies.
- Organized and Detail-Oriented: Able to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Team Player: Collaborative mindset with a willingness to support team goals.
- Flexibility: Willing to work US hours, including shifts and weekends, to align with customer needs.
