About Us

At Sully.ai, we're not just building AI – we're redefining the future of how healthcare is delivered. Our end to end AI solutions empower healthcare providers by automating doctors’ administrative tasks, reducing misdiagnosis, and enhancing efficiency. We’re looking for ex-Founder’s to join us on our mission of saving lives.

We're hiring for multiple VP-level roles:

  • VP of Sales

  • VP of Partnerships

  • VP of Customer Support (Technical Background)

  • VP of Customer Success

Whether you’ve scaled GTM functions, built ops from scratch, or led productized service teams, we want to talk to you.

Why Founders?

We’re not looking for people to slot into a rigid org chart—we’re looking for builders. You’ve hired your first 10 people, figured out systems that didn’t exist, worn five hats before noon, scaled ARR and lived the exciting chaos of early-stage growth.
Now you're ready to do it again with our mission of “One Human. One Doctor” and the belief that access to a doctor is a basic human right.

What You'll Do
As a key leader at Sully.ai, you’ll take full ownership of building and scaling a core function of the business, from getting into the weeds to strategy and execution. You won’t be stepping into a fully built machine, you’ll be designing the machine, testing it, and building the team that runs it. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and knows how to turn ambiguity into action. You’ll work cross-functionally with product, engineering, sales, and ops teams to build systems that work, move fast, and drive measurable impact. This role is remote (with quarterly travel to our Mountain View office).

Each of these roles will lead the creation of their respective function. While scope will differ by role, you’ll likely be doing things like:

  • Build from Zero: Architect the function: whether it’s Sales, Support, Success, or Partnerships. Set the strategy, design the systems, hire the team, and run it.
  • Scale What Works: Build scalable playbooks that turn early traction into repeatable motion.
  • Own Outcomes: From revenue to retention, pipeline to product adoption, you'll lead key business outcomes, and define how we get there.
  • Collaborate Deeply: Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, growth, and clinical leads to ensure we're delivering real value to clinicians and patients.
  • Stay Customer-Centered: Everything we do is in service of the healthcare providers using our AI. You'll be a voice of the customer inside the company.

What You'll Bring

  • Founder DNA: You’ve built and scaled something from zero—likely as a founder or co-founder. You know how to move fast, juggle priorities, and rally a team around a shared vision. You've hired, sold, shipped, and pitched—all in the same day.
  • Builder’s Mindset: You’re excited by ambiguity and energized by action. You don’t wait for permission—you move, test, learn, and improve. You’ve built playbooks, systems, and teams that turned early traction into scalable growth.
  • Cross-Functional Fluency: Whether it’s working with product, engineering, ops, or marketing—you’re comfortable collaborating across disciplines to drive outcomes. You know how to bridge business goals with technical realities.
  • Customer-Centric Thinking: No matter your function, you stay close to the customer. You’re obsessed with delivering value, solving real problems, and measuring impact through data and feedback.
  • Startup-Ready Energy: You’re available during core working hours (6am–6pm PT) and thrive in fast-paced, distributed environments. You know how to prioritize what matters most and move quickly without losing focus on quality.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
