Parts Associate

Summit Bobcat in Walden, NY, is looking for a parts professional to join a growing department at our growing company. If you’re looking to join a team of dedicated professionals who strive for continuous improvement, we’d love to meet you!
General Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Complete inside sales for walk-in customers, incoming emails, ecommerce/fax orders
- Look up parts for customers and technicians in a computerized system and in parts manuals where necessary.
- Generate and submit order forms and sales invoices.
- Verify accuracy of orders, including pricing, quantity, shipping cost and items
- Proactively inform customers of pricing, shipping dates etc.
- Verify stock availability and communicate accordingly.
- Assist in inventory management (parts stocking, service parts retrieval, returns)
- Shipping and receiving parts and other post/freight items.
- Other duties as assigned/needed.
Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to think critically.
- Strong organizational skills
- Team player willing to go the extra mile.
- Strong computer skills, proficient with Microsoft Office
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- 2+ years’ parts experience strongly preferred.
- Microsoft NAV ERP experience a plus

Pay Range
$20 - $26 USD
