Responsibilities:
- Perform general dentistry procedures including comprehensive exams, diagnosing oral conditions, treatment planning, and providing restorative and preventive care.
- Conduct dental implant consultations, surgical procedures, and prosthetic restorations, demonstrating expertise in implantology.
- Collaborate with our experienced team of dentists, hygienists, and support staff to deliver outstanding patient care and treatment outcomes.
- Educate patients on oral health, treatment options, and preventive measures to promote long-term dental wellness.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using our advanced practice management software.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in dentistry through continuous professional development and participate in training programs as required.
- Uphold exceptional clinical standards, adhere to infection control protocols, and maintain a safe and clean working environment.
Qualifications:
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
- Valid and active dental license in California.
- Proficiency in all areas of general dentistry, with a focus on implantology.
- Proven experience in dental implant placement and restoration.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and work effectively in a team.
- Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving abilities.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying abreast of advancements in dental technology and techniques.
- Passion for delivering exceptional patient care and achieving superior treatment outcomes.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $217,980 - $239,675 per year
