Salary Range:
$50,000 - 90,000 a year.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service Sales Representative (CSS). In this role, you will be responsible for increasing revenue by selling preventative maintenance agreements (PMs), parts, service, rentals, tires, operator training, and related products within your designated territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Turn service opportunities into sales success by analyzing Preventative Maintenance reports (PMs), identifying safety and operational repair needs, and proactively following up with customers.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups on PMs and attend initial PM visits for new customers to ensure satisfaction and identify additional needs.
  • Increase Summit's market share for Toyota units in operation by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Engage with customers who decline PM services to improve the "PM Completion Percentage" and ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Expand the number of units under active PM and enhance technician presence throughout your designated region.
  • Stay informed about competitive products, services, and marketing tactics, and report key insights to management.
  • Collaborate with the CSS Manager to develop and execute plans for acquiring new business and retaining existing customers.
  • Maintain our CRM database accurately, logging activities and opportunities daily to ensure seamless communication and follow-up.
  • Attend sales meetings, training programs, and industry events as directed, and cooperate with colleagues to achieve company goals.
  • Generate leads for the Equipment and Capital Goods and Sales Representatives by identifying potential opportunities during customer interactions.

Qualifications

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with a positive attitude.
  • 2 years of sales experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Understanding of sales processes and buyer behaviors to effectively meet customer needs.
  • Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues to achieve common goals.
