SWE-2 Frontend/UI - Unified Alerting
Location- 100% remote within the United States/ Canada
As a Frontend Engineer on the Unified Alerting Team, you will actively contribute to the design and development of Alerting UI. You will be working on our Alerting platform which is the entry point for our customers to monitor enterprise applications, and detect errors, anomalies, and outliers in application logs and metrics.
Responsibilities
- Build a rich user interface primarily for our mission-critical high-availability analytics platform using React and TypeScript.
- Participate in user experience design, and lead regular code reviews with a major focus on ease of use, visual appeal, re-usability, and performance.
- Build and maintain reusable components for organization-wide use to promote code reusability and UX consistency.
- Collaborate with feature and component teams during both design and development phases to ensure adherence to UI architectural standards and best practices.
- Write detailed design documents and documentation.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- B.S. or M.S. Computer Sciences or related discipline
- 2-4 years of experience delivering enterprise-class JavaScript/Typescript web applications
- Experience in the design, development, and use of component-based architectures, preferably with React and Redux
- Experience at least one frontend framework (e.g. React, Angular, Vue)
- Passionate and driven about creating an amazing customer experience

The expected annual base salary range for this position is $125-145k + full benefits. This position does not have a yearly bonus or an equity component. Compensation varies based on a variety of factors which include (but aren’t limited to) role level, skills and competencies, qualifications, knowledge, location, and experience.
