Senior Human Resources Analyst, People
Preferred Location: Bay Area/Northern CA
Analyzes data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to recruitment, hiring practices, motivation, turnover, and compliance with employment laws and regulations. Prepares reports of data results, presenting and explaining findings to senior leadership with the intent to help surface key insights and inform decision making.
Responsibilities:
- Perform in-depth analysis of HR metrics like employee turnover, performance, engagement, recruitment, and compensation to identify patterns and insights; leverages data to solve high-priority business problems
- Perform independent and complex analysis to support ongoing human resources programs, program development, and evaluate for program performance
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies based on data analysis, forecasting future workforce needs, and aligning with business objectives.
- Create comprehensive reports and dashboards to effectively communicate complex workforce data to stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Analyze the impact of existing HR policies and recommending updates or new policies based on data insights.
- Identify emerging trends in the workforce and anticipate potential impacts on the organization.
- Evaluate employee performance data to identify areas for improvement and development and analyze recruitment data to optimize hiring strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Assess employee engagement levels and identify areas for improvement through surveys and other methods.
- Evaluate the financial implications of HR programs and initiatives
- Lead data-driven HR projects, including data collection, analysis, and implementation of recommendations.
- Present data-driven insights to senior HR leaders to inform decision-making.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Advanced statistical analysis and data modeling skills
- Proficiency in data visualization tools
- Strong understanding of HR principles and practices
- Business acumen and ability to link HR data to organizational goals
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Expertise in HR information systems (HRIS) such as ADP, and other systems such as Greenhouse, Lattice, Litmos.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, human resources or related field and five years of progressively responsible experience in the people analytics function.
- At least two years of experience in people management is preferred.

The expected annual base salary range for this position is $144,000 - $195,000. Compensation varies based on a variety of factors which include (but aren’t limited to) role level, skills and competencies, qualifications, knowledge, location, and experience. In addition to base pay, certain roles are eligible to participate in our bonus or commission plans, as well as our benefits offerings, and equity awards.
