Senior Field Marketing Manager EMEA
As a Senior Field Marketing Manager,, you will be responsible for developing and executing localized marketing strategies that drive both new business pipeline and customer expansion. This role requires a marketer with expertise in B2B SaaS to lead field marketing campaigns, build strong regional communities, and execute innovative events. You will adapt global programs to fit the specific needs of the EMEA market, while partnering with sales and regional teams to pioneer new approaches for driving growth.
Responsibilities
- Partner with sales leadership and stakeholders to develop and execute a differentiated marketing strategy for EMEA.
- Plan and execute regional marketing campaigns, including events, webinars, trade shows, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Drive lead generation activities through targeted marketing programs and campaigns, ensuring a consistent pipeline of high-quality leads for the sales team.
- Act as the primary marketing resource for regional Sales and Sales Engineering teams, ensuring alignment on objectives and strategies.
- Collaborate with channel partners to develop joint marketing initiatives that drive mutual growth and success.
- Continuously track and report on program performance, adjusting plans using data insights to optimize results.
- Manage budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources while strategically optimizing spend to maximize ROI and align with broader business goals.
- Working with the global digital team on driving inbound activities, building an EMEA communications plan for both internal employees as well as external customers.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- 7+ years of B2B SaaS Field Marketing experience, with a proven track record of driving pipeline growth in EMEA.
- Strong understanding of the EMEA market dynamics, cultural nuances, and business practices; experience in the DACH region is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to the dynamic nature of a growth company and its evolving priorities.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, using data to measure and optimize campaign performance and ROI.
- Expertise in managing marketing budgets to maximize ROI and drive efficiency.
- Proficient in marketing platforms such as Salesforce, Marketo, and 6Sense, as well as G-suite, Slack, and other communication tools.
- Willingness to travel within the EMEA region as required.
