Sales Development Representative

Sumo Logic is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support our growing Korean sales team. This role is based in Korea and is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in B2B SaaS sales. You will develop strong foundational skills in prospecting, qualification, and pipeline generation while working closely with our sales and go-to-market teams.

As an SDR, you’ll play a critical role in our go-to-market motion by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective customers, and partnering closely with Account Executives to create high-quality sales opportunities,

Responsibilities

  • Research, identify, and prospect new customer accounts within your assigned territory
  • Book outbound meetings through cold calls, emails, social outreach, and targeted networking across multiple buyer personas (including Director, VP, and C-level)
  • Prospect outbound leads and convert them into sales-ready opportunities
  • Deliver relevant marketing content to prospective customers and promote marketing events.
  • Leverage a modern prospecting tech stack including HockeyStack, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Lusha, Outreach, Orum, Qualified, and more
  • Partner closely with Account Executives to build and execute a shared territory plan-of-attack, ensuring the right message reaches the right prospects at the right time

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or lead generation
  • Hunter mentality, self-motivated, self-starter, takes initiative  
  • Willingness to learn, grow, and be coached  
  • Well-organized and has strong follow-through  
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Wants to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment  
  • Genuine passion for technology and learning

Desired Qualifications and Skills

  • Able to speak multiple languages 
  • History of quota over-achievement
  • Bachelor's degree a plus

직무 개요 : SDR는 Sumo Logic의 Go-To-Market 전략에서 핵심적인 역할을 수행합니다. 잠재 고객을 발굴하고, 관계를 형성하며  리드를 검증(qualify)하고, Account Executive(AE)와 협업하여 높은 품질의 세일즈 기회를 창출합니다.

주요 업무 : 

  • 담당 territory 내 가망 고객 리서치, 발굴 및 프로스펙팅
  • 콜드콜, 이메일, 소셜 아웃리치, 타겟 네트워킹을 통한 아웃바운드 미팅 창출 (Director, VP, C-level 등 다양한 의사결정권자 대상)
  • 인바운드 및 아웃바운드 리드 퀄리피케이션 및 세일즈 기회로 전환
  • 가망 고객에게 적합한 마케팅 콘텐츠 전달 및 마케팅 이벤트 홍보
  • HockeyStack, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Lusha, Outreach, Orum, Qualified 등 최신 프로스펙팅 및 세일즈 툴 활용
  • Account Executive와 긴밀히 협업하여 테리토리 및 페르소나별 세일즈 전략 수립 및 실행

자격 요건 : 

  • 2년 이상의 세일즈, 비즈니스 개발, 리드 제너레이션 등 관련 경력
  • 헌터 마인드셋을 갖춘 자기주도적이고 적극적인 성향
  • 학습 의지가 높고 코칭을 잘 수용하는 태도
  • 체계적이며 후속 관리(follow-through)가 뛰어난 분
  • 뛰어난 문서 및 구두 커뮤니케이션 능력
  • 빠르고 역동적인 환경에서 일하는 것을 즐기시는 분
  • 기술 및 IT 산업에 대한 진정성 있는 관심과 학습 의지

  • 다국어 구사 가능자
  • 세일즈 쿼터 초과 달성 경험
  • 학사 학위 소지자
