🎯 The Role
As HR Generalist, you're not on the sidelines. You're in the game.
You’ll be one of the go-to people making sure the day-to-day runs seamlessly, while helping us scale smartly and sustainably. A mix of hands-on operations, trusted advising, and project ownership — all with people at the center.
Your key responsibilities:
- Handle daily HR operations (payroll, benefits, contracts, onboarding, time off, etc.)
- Be a trusted partner for managers and team members — both practically and personally
- Lead and support HR projects: onboarding experience, wellbeing initiatives, talent development
- Ensure compliance across geographies (Belgium, France, US), while keeping a people-first mindset
- Help foster a workplace that’s clear, supportive, and easy to navigate
🙋♀️ About You
- Experience as an HR Generalist (ideally in companies of 50–100 people)
- Solid understanding of HR operations (payroll, HRIS, performance, benefits)
- Comfortable with labor law basics across BE, FR, and US (or willing to learn fast)
- A natural sense for clarity, simplicity, and getting things done right
- Strong communicator: clear, approachable, professional
- Detail-oriented with a healthy dose of “let me double-check that”
- Naturally at ease with people, without unnecessary formality
- Fluent in French and English
- Bonus: experience in international or fast-growing environments
