Revenue Strategy & Operations Lead

Belgium, France

About Sunrise Group

Sunrise Group is building the future of sleep health by combining breakthrough technology with expert care. We started in 2015 with a straightforward idea: sleep diagnosis should happen in the comfort of your own home, not in a hospital. To make that possible, we created a first-of-its-kind chin sensor, carefully validated through clinical research, reviewed by leading sleep experts, and cleared by the FDA.

Since then, Sunrise Group has grown from a single innovation into a complete sleep health company. We now design advanced diagnostic and treatment solutions, and we deliver care directly to patients through Dreem Health, our digital sleep clinic. By serving patients in all 50 states with reimbursed care, we are making sleep treatment more accessible, more personal, and much simpler than it has ever been.

Your Opportunity

This is a high-impact individual contributor role at the intersection of strategy and execution. Acting as an extension of the CRO, you will work across Revenue, Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, GTM but also Operations, Product, Clinical Operations, and Finance to identify opportunities, drive key initiatives, and accelerate growth.

You'll move between strategy and operations in the same week: stress-testing a business-plan assumption one day, partnering with a channel lead to size an emerging opportunity, or untangle a broken process the next.

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills, exceptional project management, and the ability to influence stakeholders across the organization without direct authority. They thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments, are comfortable navigating ambiguity, and have a proven track record of turning strategy into execution.

What You’ll Do

Channel and Revenue Strategy

    • Design and roll out key go-to-market initiatives across digital acquisition, partnerships, provider referrals, and other patient growth channels.
    • Support planning, forecasting, KPI tracking, and growth business reviews.
    • Analyze and evolve field sales territory strategy — zone design, coverage density, ideal territory manager count per geography — as an input to headcount and hiring decisions.
    • Monitor key revenue metrics and proactively identify opportunities and risks.

Cross-Functional Project Management

    • Lead cross-functional initiatives from inception through completion.
    • Align stakeholders around priorities, timelines, expected outcomes, and success metrics.
    • Establish project plans, milestones, owners, contingency plans, and tracking mechanisms to ensure timely delivery.

Revenue Operations & Enablement

    • Design and improve revenue processes that drive efficiency, scalability, and performance across the go-to-market (GTM)  organization.
    • Evaluate, implement, and optimize tools, systems, and reporting infrastructure that support revenue growth.
    • Partner with teams to improve visibility into performance, pipeline health, forecasting, and operational KPIs.
    • Establish scalable operating rhythms, governance processes, and performance management frameworks.

Executive Partnership

    • Serve as a trusted thought partner to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and channel leads.
    • Prepare executive reviews, business updates, presentations, and recommendations.
    • Help prioritize initiatives and allocate resources effectively.
    • Support annual planning, quarterly planning, and strategic decision-making.

What You Bring

Experience

    • 8+ years of relevant professional experience in GTM, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Strategy, Consulting, or related functions within a high-growth environment; healthcare, digital health, or healthcare technology experience is a plus.
    • Specific experience scaling a sales-led (not product-led) go-to-market motion: building/optimizing quota-carrying sales teams, territory design, ramp and productivity curves in a high-growth environment.
    • Experience helping scale organizations through periods of rapid growth and increasing complexity.
    • Experience working closely with senior executives and influencing decisions across multiple teams.
    • Demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional initiatives from concept through execution.

Skills & Competencies

    • Cross-functional leadership & influence — Exceptional at aligning and building consensus among stakeholders across functions and seniority levels (executives to frontline), without relying on direct authority or headcount.
    • Strategic + hands-on execution — Moves fluidly between long-term strategic thinking and detailed, hands-on execution; highly execution- and outcome-oriented.
    • Judgment, prioritization & structure — Excellent business judgment, analytical rigor, and the ability to quickly identify opportunities, prioritize, and build structure amid ambiguity.
    • Ownership & accountability — A self-starter and strong individual contributor who thrives in cross-functional settings, drives accountability across teams, and operates independently on complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
    • Communication & collaboration style — Strong executive communication and presentation skills, paired with a collaborative, low-ego, roll-up-your-sleeves approach.
    • Mission fit & flexibility — Genuine interest in sleep, health, and well-being, with willingness to travel ~10% (about one trip per quarter) for offsites, field visits, and key business initiatives.

Dreem Health / Sunrise is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We welcome people of all backgrounds and are committed to building a workplace where everyone feels included and respected. We do not tolerate discrimination or harassment of any kind.
