Who You Are: 

Supergoop! Is looking for an experienced administrative professional to join the team as an Executive Assistant for multiple C-Suite executives, specifically CEO and CFO/COO. In this position you will contribute to the efficiency and success of the business by providing and leading timely support to executive members as well as other internal and external parties. Additionally, you will be responsible for serving as a liaison to the board of directors and senior management teams and overseeing special projects. This position is of a hybrid office model and will require you to be in-office multiple times a week and may fluctuate and increase based on business needs.

Responsibilities: 

  • Provide high-level and varied administrative support to executives
  • Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, appointments, prepare documents and communication relating to meeting preparation, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate and facilitate timely communication and follow up between executives and internal/external stakeholders. Screen and prioritize communications for executives.
  • Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents for executive review.
  • Conduct research, gather information and compile data to assist executives in decision-making processes.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, ensuring effective communication and follow-up on action items and updates.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
  • Streamline office processes and implement efficient systems to enhance executive productivity.
  • Manage executive expenses, reconcile receipts, and ensure accurate financial records.
  • Serve as a point of contact for both internal and external parties, representing executives professionally and with sound judgment.
  • Anticipate executives' needs and proactively address them to optimize their workflow.

 

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Proven experience as an executive assistant supporting C-suite executives or similar role.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficient in office software, including Google workspace suite.
  • Discretion and trustworthiness when handling sensitive information; ability to maintain high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
  • Resourceful problem solver and proactive thinker
  • Professional demeanor and effective interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.

 

Salary Range: $105,000 - 115,000 commensurate with experience
