Supernal provides an inviting open-space workplace designed to foster collaboration, which aligns with one of our core values. This position is required to work on-site 5 days a week.
What we do:
We are seeking a strategic and collaborative Total Rewards Associate to support the design and implementation of compensation and benefits programs. This role will serve as a key liaison between HR, business leaders, and external vendors to ensure the successful execution of total rewards strategies. The ideal candidate brings a strong understanding of compensation and benefits practices, excels at project management, and thrives in a consultative role.
What you can do:
Compensation & Benefits Strategy:
- Review and monitor compensation structures and job architecture frameworks to ensure programs are aligned with market trends and compliant with all regulations
- Support the rollout of annual compensation cycles, including merit, bonus, and equity programs
- Manage and oversee the leave of absence program and ADA accommodations
- Assist with the implementation of new or revised benefits programs, policies, and processes
- Ensure programs are aligned with business goals, market competitiveness, and compliance requirements
Vendor & Program Management:
- Manage relationships with external vendors and consultants for benefits administration and leave of absence vendors
- Collaborate with HR team to review vendor performance, service level agreements, and renewals
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to evaluate and enhance vendor-delivered services
Business Partnership & Communication:
- Act as a trusted advisor to HR Business Partners and leaders on compensation and benefits matters
- Provide guidance on job descriptions, promotions, and internal mobility from a total rewards perspective
- Develop and deliver training and communication materials to support program understanding and adoption
Compliance & Governance:
- Collaborate with various members of the HR team to support projects and programs across all areas of the employee lifecycle
- Ensure compensation and benefits programs comply with local, state, and federal regulations
- Support audits, filings, and reporting requirements related to benefits and compensation
- Other duties as assigned
What you can contribute:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or related field required
- A minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience working in a total rewards capacity (an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered)
- Strong understanding of compensation structures, leaves of absence, benefits design, and regulatory requirements
- Experience working with vendors and implementing benefits and compensation programs or systems
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent listening and comprehension skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- Must have the ability to independently prioritize and accomplish work within time constraints
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Engages constructively with colleagues to drive collective outcomes
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
Base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge and location. This position is also eligible for a bonus as part of total compensation.
The pay range for this position is:
$130,000 - $160,000 USD
