Who Are We Looking to Add to Our Team? 

As a member of the HR team and a full-cycle recruiter, you’ll be a key partner in building the recruiting function at Supio. Reporting to the HR Director, you will work with senior leaders to assist in the design of efficient and scalable recruiting programs and processes to ensure we deliver a positive candidate experience and recruit quality candidates. You will also partner closely with leaders and hiring managers to create talent-acquisition plans and advise leaders and hiring managers on market trends and recruiting best practices. You will serve as a recruiting partner to our leaders as they grow their teams and scale for the future. This is an on-site role in Supio’s Seattle HQ. 

To thrive in this role, you will need a flexible skill set, enjoy rolling up your sleeves to build the foundational systems and programs Supio needs to scale while collaborating across many teams, levels, and situations, acting with urgency and driving toward solutions. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Manage a requisition load and partner with other members of the human resources team on projects and initiatives as needed
  • Manage requisition intake meetings with hiring managers to establish alignment on candidate profile and role.
  • Partner with third-party recruiting and staffing services as needed.
  • Model Supio’s culture and values and ensure they are integrated in the recruiting and selection process.
  • Scope and contribute to recruiting processes and policies, ensuring speed to hire and delivery of quality candidates.
  • Identify and lead improvement initiatives by continuously measuring, evaluating, and improving onboarding and talent acquisition programs and processes.
  • Capture metrics to measure the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies and processes.
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with hiring managers to ensure recruiting expectations are met or exceeded and are aligned with Supio’s strategic priorities.
  • Design talent acquisition strategies and recruiting campaigns to attract talent, support growth and expansion, and build our talent pipeline.
  • Ensure recruiting methods and practices are efficient and scalable, resulting in high client and candidate satisfaction.
  • Model Supio’s culture and values and ensure they are integrated into the recruiting and selection process. 

Qualifications  

  • Demonstrated experience developing and implementing Talent Acquisition best practices. 
  • Experience supporting recruiting in Engineering, Product, Sales, Marketing, various leadership, Operations, and G&A positions.
  • Experience building partnerships and programs to improve branding and build talent pipelines.
  • Excellent problem‐solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn applicant-tracking software (ATS) or other recruitment systems.
  • Strong reporting and analytical skills to create, measure, and scale program metrics.
  • Ability to influence using data and insights, and present and communicate data to various audiences.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and manage highly confidential information.
  • Knowledge of State and Federal employment laws.
  • Excellent change management skills and ability to navigate an ambiguous environment with rapidly shifting priorities.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years progressive full cycle recruitment experience, with at least 3 years in technology and fast-growing start-up environments 

Preferred 

  • Previous startup experience.  
  • Interest in AI or legaltech.

Compensation 

The base salary range for this position in the selected region is $120,000-150,000 annually plus company equity. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience.
