This is a hybrid position based at our corporate office located in Brentwood, TN, with on-site work required Monday through Wednesday.
JOB SUMMARY
The Recruiter is responsible for managing the recruitment cycle to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process. Key accountabilities include candidate sourcing, leader consultation, call screens, candidate communication, and offer facilitation.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Source candidates through networking, social media and other tactics to attract top talent to fill open positions.

Consult with leaders to identify role responsibilities, understand cultural and strategic insights to guide candidate selection, and establish communication cadence for regular updates.

Ensure job postings are articulate, professional and attention-grabbing to attract the best candidates, posting these ads on various online and offline resources. Confirm proper approval and post requisitions in our ATS.

Select and screen applicants for minimum qualifications and position suitability.

Schedule interviews with candidates, hiring leaders, and additional interviewers.

Manage the job offer process for applicants who pass screening, interview processes, and are approved by management. Extend offers and provide candidates with offer letters. Discuss benefits, role requirements and details of the position. Facilitate negotiation process between candidate and hiring leader.

Represent Surgery Partners and serve as the liaison between the company and candidates by handling phone calls, questions, managing candidate flow in the ATS and other details before and after interviews. Respond to communications as soon as possible within 24 hours for timely responses.

Follow established SOPs for process adherence, ensuring a consistent service experience for hiring leaders and candidates.
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION
- Bachelor's degree in business, human resources or a related field; or equivalent experience.
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum of 2 years recruiting experience in a large, dispersed organization; healthcare industry experience preferred.
LICENSE(S)/CERTIFICATION(S)
- Recruiter Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or equivalent certification preferred.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
- Strong communication skills, proficiency in applicant tracking systems, and knowledge of labor laws.
- Interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed to meet recruitment goals.
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
