Are you a process-driven strategist who loves the energy of a fast-growing startup? We are looking for a Compliance Analyst who doesn't just check boxes but builds engines. You will be the vital link between our vision and the regulatory frameworks that govern it. Based in our Barcelona office, you will collaborate closely with the team in person for 3 to 4 days a week, ensuring high-velocity communication and a strong connection to our company culture.

What you will do

• Bridge the Gap: Translate complex compliance requirements into clear, actionable technical tickets for the Product and Tech teams so they can execute without needing to do their own regulatory research.
• Automate & Optimize: You don't like doing the same thing twice. You will identify manual bottlenecks and implement automated processes to keep our operations lean and scalable.
• Infrastructure & Audits: Own our compliance infrastructure. You will manage recurring audits and ensure we are always "audit-ready" without the last-minute scramble.
• Global Expansion: Design the compliance concepts and roadmaps for entering new markets.
• Future-Proofing: Prepare the organization for the next frontier—specifically focusing on Data Selling and AI Regulation. You’ll define the "what" and the "how" for the team.
• External Voice: Act as our primary point of contact for external auditors, partners, and regulatory bodies.
