Senior Software Engineer I [Fullstack] - Growth Platform Team

What we’re looking for

This role is on the Growth Platform team developing our internal Experimentation Platform. The Experimentation Platform is a core technology set that empowers our company to make data-driven decisions. The platform comprises an SDK, a backend service, and an admin panel, providing a unique opportunity to work on critical components influencing key business outcomes. 

What you’ll be working on

  • Developing an SDK, a backend service, and an admin panel
  • Developing integrations with third-party services
  • Providing support to our stakeholders, including our engineering community
  • Participating in on-call rotations to ensure platform reliability and address any issues promptly

We’d love to hear from people with

  • 5-8+ years of full-stack development experience, including web development and distributed systems
  • Proficiency in cloud computing
  • Willingness to work US East Coast hours
  • Experience with JavaScript and Python

Bonus: 

  • Experience with Growth and/or Product Analytics tools like StatSig, Eppo, Amplitude, and Mixpanel
  • Experience with metrics and data
  • Experience with SDK development
  • Experience with React, TypeScript, and AWS

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

This opportunity is hybrid and requires you to work from the SurveyMonkey office in Bengaluru 3 days per week.
