What we’re looking for
This role involves leading a team of engineers responsible for developing our internal Experimentation Platform, a core technology set that empowers our company to make data-driven decisions. The Experimentation Platform includes an SDK, an Admin Panel, and a backend service, providing a unique opportunity to work on critical components influencing key business outcomes. Additionally, you will lead the development of integrations with third-party analytical tools, ensuring seamless interoperability and enhanced data analytics capabilities.
What you’ll be working on
- Providing hands-on technical development of the Experimentation Platform
- Mentoring and developing a team of engineers
- Partnering with Product Managers, Data, and Analysts to enhance the platform
- Creating and leading a multi-quarter roadmap
We’d love to hear from people with
- 2-3+ years of experience of managerial experience
- 8+ years of full-stack development experience, including web development and distributed systems
- Proficiency in cloud computing
- Willingness to work US East Coast hours
Bonus:
- Experience with Growth and/or Product Analytics tools like StatSig, Eppo, Amplitude, and Mixpanel
- Experience with metrics, A/B testing, and data
- Experience with SDK development
- Experience with React, TypeScript, and AWS
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

As such, this opportunity is hybrid and requires you to work from the SurveyMonkey office in Bengaluru 3 days per week.
