What we’re looking for
Join SurveyMonkey's global expansion! We have opened an office in Bengaluru, India, and we need an experienced Senior Recruiter for technical and non-technical positions. Leverage your years of recruiting expertise to drive the entire hiring process and ensure a diverse, skilled workforce. This role will collaborate with our local team in the office and will report directly to the Recruiting Manager in Ottawa, Canada. Your ability to balance autonomy with collaboration is key to success.
This opportunity is hybrid and requires you to work from the SurveyMonkey office in Bengaluru 3 days per week.=
What you’ll be working on
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for a range of positions, both technical and non-technical.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand diverse hiring needs and provide strategic support.
- Develop effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent and prioritize a positive candidate experience at every stage of the hiring process.
- Guide the entire candidate process, from interview scheduling to offer negotiations.
- Manage interview logistics and communication with candidates and hiring teams across different time zones.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance and streamline recruitment processes.
- Collaborate with external sourcing agencies to strategically identify, engage, and acquire top-tier talent, fostering effective partnerships to meet recruitment goals.
We’d love to hear from people with
- 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate environment.
- Proven success in recruiting for both technical and non-technical positions.
- Experience using an applicant tracking system (Greenhouse a plus), scheduling tools (GoodTime a plus), and sourcing tools.
- Experience partnering with diverse hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Strong negotiation skills for successful offer closures.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Customer-centric focus, prioritizing candidate satisfaction.
- Ability to independently contribute to a collaborative team environment.
