What we’re looking for

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager to lead SurveyMonkey Audience, our online research marketplace that connects hundreds of thousands of researchers with a global network of 335M survey respondents. In this role, you will build products that deliver exceptional experiences for Market Research professionals and help drive the ongoing tech-enabled transformation of the global Market Research industry. Leveraging your product and analytics expertise, you’ll scale our research marketplace and platform. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Product, Market Research & Solutions, this leadership position focuses on optimizing marketplace economics and pricing, balancing panel supply with customer demand, and managing integrations with external partners. You’ll collaborate closely with other product teams to enhance the respondent experience on mobile and web, while continuously improving response quality to ensure customers make data-driven decisions with confidence.

This opportunity is hybrid and requires you to work from the SurveyMonkey office in Bengaluru 3 days per week.

What you’ll be working on

  • Develop and own the product and growth strategy for the research marketplace, establishing a clear roadmap to drive new user conversion and repeat usage
  • Lead the development and optimization of marketplace economics, a scalable technology platform, and a pricing strategy to ensure marketplace efficiency
  • Execute projects independently with a high degree of autonomy and ownership, ensuring measurable outcomes
  • Integrate with technology partners to enhance panel supply in key areas, improving the balance of demand and supply
  • Design and execute A/B tests and other experiments to optimize user experience and improve critical metrics
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, customer success, support, and product marketing to ensure alignment of business and go-to-market strategies for product launches
  • Leverage data to drive decisions, instrumenting products to track key metrics and understand user behavior to enhance decision-making
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for differentiation
  • Work with a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, marketers, and designers to drive product growth and customer satisfaction

We’d love to hear from people with

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 7+ years of Product Management experience, ideally 5+ years in SaaS
  • Proven experience shipping high-impact products in an iterative manner, with a focus on customer needs
  • Strong user empathy, backed by a combination of qualitative insights and quantitative analysis
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Amplitude, Tableau, Splunk, etc.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with the ability to drive results across teams
  • Experience leading executive-level discussions and technical deep dives with engineering teams
  • (Bonus) 2+ years of experience with marketplace products or executing product-led growth (PLG) strategies in a B2C business
