What we’re looking for
Our implementation team is looking for a highly organized individual to work with customers to design and configure their Apply site. You will manage the design, configuration, analysis and testing of our solution so it meets client requirements. You will help organizations realize the impact they can have with our solutions, and solve interesting problems to promote the desired customer outcome.
What you’ll be working on
- Organize requirements gathering meetings and document solution designs
- Configure SurveyMonkey Apply software solutions to satisfy client business processes, rules, and other requirements
- Work with technical consultants regarding requirements for integration, data conversion and complex business logic
- Present formal training (webinars) to client project team members and end-users
- Manage multiple accounts, deadlines and milestones
- Track and communicate client issues and proactively troubleshoot and resolve problems.
We’d love to hear from people with
- BS/BA degree or equivalent in relevant work experience
- 2+ years of experience supporting customers on SurveyMonkey Apply
- Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation and time management skills
- Ability to manage client expectations and think critically about processes
- Experience configuring business logic in a web-based platform
- Understanding of business requirements definition, review of functional specifications, test plans, testing, user training, and deployment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of quality and client satisfaction

As such, this opportunity is hybrid and requires you to work from the SurveyMonkey office in Heredia 3 days per week.
