What we’re looking for
We’re hiring an experienced product manager to lead high-impact web initiatives across conversion, personalization, and sales-assisted funnel optimization. You’ll focus heavily on optimizing experiences for enterprise users navigating sales-assisted journeys, with measurable impact on MQL conversion, demo requests, and incremental signups. You’ll balance strategy and execution, combining strong analytical thinking with sharp attention to detail, and work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, Sales Operations, Product, Engineering, and Design.
What you’ll be working on
- Lead product strategy and execution for high-impact web experiences—including homepage, lead-gen flows, and personalization—shaping key enterprise user touchpoints across SEO modules, event pages, and global navigation.
- Collaborate with Marketing and RevOps to define, measure, and evolve MQL criteria, tooling, and workflows; own cross-functional execution across marketing systems, design, and infrastructure to increase engagement and conversion.
- Develop and maintain KPI reporting and executive dashboards that clearly connect web experience to MQL volume, incremental signups, and demo form completions.
- Leverage tools like Amplitude, GA4, Tableau, and SQL to drive experimentation, validate UX hypotheses, and improve performance of new components aligned to enterprise goals.
- Partner with Design and Engineering to modernize and scale core web elements—like header navigation, video modules, and animations—ensuring consistent, high-quality UX for enterprise audiences.
- Balance net-new initiatives with ongoing optimization of SEO-driven blogs, demo landing pages, and logged-out flows that directly impact sales-assisted funnel growth.
- Drive cross-functional alignment and roadmap influence, translating business goals into product improvements that increase conversion across enterprise and demand gen funnels.
We’d love to hear from people with
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally across B2B enterprise and sales-assisted funnels. Experience optimizing digital experiences for enterprise prospects, with a proven record influencing MQL flow, attribution, and sales pipeline contribution.
- Exceptional written communication and presentation skills for executive audiences.
- Highly detail-oriented with proven ability to lead data-informed decisions and MQL-focused growth. You know what levers move conversion for enterprise users and how to prioritize them.
- Experience in web experimentation, personalization, and conversion optimization.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration across Marketing, Sales, and Engineering.
- Management consulting or startup experience is a strong plus.
- Experience with the following tools: Amplitude, GA4, Eppo, Crazy Egg, Tableau, GTM, Jira, Confluence
SurveyMonkey believes in-person collaboration is valuable for building relationships, fostering community, and enhancing our speed and execution in problem-solving and decision-making. As such, you will be required to work from a SurveyMonkey office up to 1 day per week.
