What you’ll be working on
- Own and drive the end-to-end strategy for acquisition, onboarding, and conversion, ensuring a seamless journey from prospect to paying customer.
- Build seamless and scalable user flows for sign-up, upgrade, billing, and account management
- Develop, test, and optimize pricing, packaging, and monetization strategies to maximize revenue and customer value.
- Pricing and packaging strategy for all self-serve plans (Free + Paid Tiers)
- Analyze data and user behavior to identify opportunities for growth and conversion improvement, implementing solutions at scale.
- Stay hands-on with experimentation, analytics, and go-to-market initiatives to ensure rapid iteration and learning.
- Cross-functional leadership across Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Data to align growth efforts with company goals

- Deep understanding of PLG mechanics with a proven track record of moving key metrics (e.g., activation, retention, conversion) through product changes
- Demonstrated success in driving acquisition, onboarding, and conversion initiatives
- Expertise in pricing, packaging, and monetization strategies for SaaS products
- Strong analytical mindset and comfort with experimentation, A/B testing, and data tools
- Experience scaling product teams and defining org structures that enable autonomy, alignment, and fast iteration
- Demonstrated ability to operationalize continuous user insight generation and embed it into product decisions at scale
- Comfort balancing strategy and execution—you're just as energized by whiteboarding the future as you are digging into today's funnel data
- Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Collaborative leadership style with a bias for action and outcomes
