What we’re looking for

We are seeking a strategic, high-energy leader to join our team as the Senior Manager, Enablement, reporting directly to our SVP, Sales and Success. You will lead both the Sales and Customer Success Enablement teams, driving the strategy that empowers our customer-facing reps to excel. We are hiring for this position to unify our enablement efforts and ensure our teams have the world-class training and resources needed to drive business growth. You will scale a high-impact team and shape the future of how SurveyMonkey engages with its global customer base.

What you’ll be working on

  • Manage and mentor the global Sales and Customer Success Enablement teams to deliver high-impact training programs across the organization.
  • Define the long-term vision and quarterly roadmap to ensure alignment with overall sales and retention targets.
  • Oversee the creation and delivery of sales methodologies, product launches, and competitive intelligence to the sales organization.
  • Bridge the gap between Sales and Customer Success by developing consistent, effective new-hire onboarding and continuous learning programs.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of enablement initiatives on ramp time, quota attainment,  customer retention, and expansion.
  • Design enablement programs that are deeply rooted in the customer journey, ensuring every team member delivers a consistent, value-driven experience.
  • Utilize AI-driven tools and modern enablement technology to scale learning, personalize content delivery, and identify data-driven opportunities for program optimization.

We’d love to hear from people with

  • 8+ years of professional experience in Enablement
  • 3+ years of people management experience leading high-performing enablement or GTM teams.
  • Experience with Enablement Platforms, Sales, and CS tools such as Highspot, Outreach, Chili Piper, Salesforce, Gainsight, Seismic, and Gong.
  • Demonstrated ability to build scalable training programs from the ground up within a SaaS environment.
  • You are a true do-er with a player-coach mentality, combining resourcefulness and curiosity to drive collaboration across Sales and Success teams.
  • Experience with Sales Methodologies such as Sandler and MEDDPICC is a Plus.

SurveyMonkey believes in-person collaboration is valuable for building relationships, fostering community, and enhancing our speed and execution in problem-solving and decision-making. As such, you will be required to work from a SurveyMonkey office up to 1 day per week.
