SurveyMonkey is looking for a stellar Senior Payments Analyst to join the Billing & Payments Product team. What you’ll be working on
- Develop & monitor relevant credit card and payment metrics to derive actionable insights
- Lead and support strategic value-added analyses to understand impact of payment method offerings and processes on consumer lifetime value
- Rigorously monitor and analyze subscription revenues and purchase funnel data for all integrated payment solutions, and conduct A/B/C/D tests to achieve the targets
- Monitor performance for payments, responding to alerts of degradation, triaging and investigating the cause, and communicating your findings to the team.
- Identify and automate inefficient operational processes to reduce manual workloads.
- Transform raw data into structured information that can be analyzed to identify insights that drive strategic business decisions
- Introduce data and process efficiencies to meet the scale and speed of SurveyMonkey.
We’d love to hear from people with
- Advanced SQL techniques for analysis of complex business problems.
- Knowledge and experience in data manipulation using SQL querying tools in large relational databases.
- Prior Payments Analyst experience required. 5+ years.
- Experience in the Payments Processing Industry including experience in analyzing payment processing fees is preferred.
- Experience with top of funnel metrics is preferred.
- Experience with cost benefit analysis / ROI is preferred.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau preferred
- Experience with programming languages Python or R preferred
- Experience with Cloud-based technologies such as Snowflake are nice to have, but not essential.
- Able to act independently to resolve highly complex problems.

As such, this opportunity is hybrid and requires you to work from the SurveyMonkey office in Bengaluru 3 days per week.
