Key Responsibilities:

Sales Growth

  • Develop and execute strategies to grow our HVAC service sales division.
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, building trust and fostering long-term partnerships.

Strategic Leadership

  • Help establish a foundation for the department by identifying market opportunities and setting strategic goals.
  • Work towards transitioning into a leadership role, eventually managing a team of sales professionals.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track performance, and maintain client relationships.
  • Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and reports.

Collaboration and Teamwork

  • Partner with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Act as the face of Survoy's in the market, representing our commitment to excellence and reliability.

 

What We’re Looking For:

Experience and Expertise

  • At least 3 years of experience in HVAC service sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems and the ability to effectively communicate technical solutions to clients.

Growth-Oriented Mindset

  • A self-starter who thrives on challenges and is eager to take ownership of growing a department.
  • Ambition to move into a leadership role and manage a team of sales professionals.

Technical Proficiency

  • Familiarity with CRM software and the ability to leverage it for maximizing efficiency and results.

Interpersonal Skills

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and a customer-focused approach.

 

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base Salary: $60,000 to $70,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
  • Incentives: Gross margin commission, providing unlimited earning potential based on your success.
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance.
