Role:This is a full-time remote role for an Executive Sourcing Recruiter supporting a Fortune 20 automotive company.
This sourcing professional will be strong in:
· Effective sourcing/research knowledge
· Successful candidate outreach/engagement strategies
· First phase candidate assessment responsible for sourcing top-tier talent
· Mining for executive level candidates,
· Maintaining relationships with prospects
· Identifying potential candidates,
· Tracking candidate and requisition activity in the CRM and ATS.
· Effective sourcing/research knowledge

Qualifications
· 2+ years’ experience with executive level staffing
· Creativity in discovering candidate pipelines
· Effective communication skills
· Knowledge of AI-driven technology in recruitment
· Ability to work independently and remotely
· Previous experience in the automotive industry is a plus
