Consumer Marketing Specialist supporting Nvidia

Sustainable Talent is partnering with NVIDIA, a global leader that has been transforming computer graphics, PC gaming, and accelerated computing for over 25 years. We are looking for a Consumer Marketing Specialist to support our client's GeForce Consumer Marketing Team. This is a full-time (W-2) contract role based in Santa Clara, CA with Hybrid work options. We offer competitive pay $60/hr - $65/hr  based on factors like experience, education, location, etc. and provide full benefits, PTO, and amazing company culture!

In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in promoting the GeForce family of products and technologies. You will support the marketing team to help build and implement global integrated marketing campaigns that generate demand for GeForce products, technologies and PC games. You will be the marketing champion for GeForce products and the industry's biggest PC titles, bridging publishers, product teams, digital marketing organization, developer relations, sales leaders, regional marketing teams, partners and executives.

The ideal candidate possesses a strong passion for marketing and PC gaming, is highly-motivated, great communicator, has strong project management skills, and is flexible in fast-paced environments. You should have an outstanding track record managing innovative global marketing programs for consumer or gaming brands, experience developing and executing digital marketing campaigns, and leading multifaceted projects with partners.

 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing initiatives for PC's biggest titles, major product / technology launches, product promotions, brand initiatives and key selling period promotions in support of GeForce and corporate goals.
  • Drive end-to-end execution of GeForce gaming initiatives, overseeing tactics and deliverables, and maintaining regular communications with stakeholders to track program status and keep campaigns on schedule.
  • Collaborate with game publishers and cross-functional teams (product, creative, digital marketing , and regional teams) to deliver coordinated digital marketing activities.
  • Lead development and deployment of high impact creative across static, video, web, social, email, partner, and r/etail channels, ensuring assets are on-brand and optimized for gamer engagement.
  • Organize and manage NVIDIA and partner asset libraries, including key arts, logos, screenshots, videos, sell sheets, ensuring easy access and consistent usage.
  • Measure campaign performance and share insights, providing analysis, dashboards, and clear recommendations for optimization.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of campaign processes, ensuring transparency and knowledge-sharing among team members.

 

What We Need to See

  • 4+ years marketing management experience, ideally within the PC gaming or gaming industry and/or high tech creative agency or equivalent experience
  • Strong project, asset, and people management skills; ability to define and track schedules and clearly prioritize high-impact activities.
  • Ability to multi-task under tight time frames.
  • The ability to handle pressure in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Ability to work cross-functionally across many levels of organization
  • Strong interpersonal skills and experience building presentations and hosting meetings
  • Excellent written and verbal communications
  • Undergraduate degree required

 

Ways To Stand Out From the Crowd

  • Hands-on expertise and understanding of GeForce products and technologies
  • MBA a plus
