Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to support our Physical Therapists in providing exceptional patient care. You will play a crucial role in assisting patients with their rehabilitation goals, ensuring they receive the highest level of care in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist Physical Therapists in implementing treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Provide hands-on therapy, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities, under the direction of the Physical Therapist.
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and techniques to promote long-term recovery.
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with clinic standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to clinic policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Active Florida PTA license in good standing.
• Associate’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Proven experience in a clinical setting is a plus, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to patient-centered care.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Location

Conveniently located near Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, our clinic serves the Plantation community and surrounding areas.

Hours Monday Through Friday - Some evenings
