VP, Head of Private Wealth

The Role

We are seeking an experienced VP, Head of Private Wealth to become a key member of the Swan team. The Head of Private Wealth will be responsible for team management, strategic planning and client initiatives, and focusing on the expansion of our private wealth, family office, and business clients.

Your responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily operations of Swan Private, including team development, coaching, and implementation of sales enablement strategies
• Responsible for growing Swan Private's total revenue streams, both transaction-based and recurring
• Build and coach a high-performance team, ensuring best in class sales practices and discipline across the company
• Leverage data analytics to optimize lead generation strategies, drive business growth, and develop effective team compensation structures
• Partner with senior leadership to execute the corporate strategic plan and implement new growth strategies
• Act as a liaison between Swan Bitcoin and our strategic clients
• Provide feedback and contribute to our company strategy and product roadmap
• Build and maintain a personal relationships with key partners in the Bitcoin industry

Skills and experience that will help you succeed

• Extensive sales leadership experience in fintech and wealth management, combined with a background in traditional financial services
• Proven track record of growing revenue through expanding service offerings, new product cross-selling, marketing, branding, and partnerships
• Strong ability to analyze and explain how macroeconomic trends impact specific technology and growth strategies
• Have a deep understanding of and passion for Bitcoin
• Entrepreneurial mindset, thoughtful, and questioning
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Ability to thrive, and manage a team, in a remote environment
• Minimum 10 years of management/leadership experience
• Flexibility to travel as needed, typically short trips in the US
• Must be US-based (major metro area ideal) and eligible to work in the US
• Total compensation for this role will be based on location and experience, and may include base salary, commissions, equity, and benefits
