Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tech Recruiter to lead our technical hiring efforts. This role is essential to building a high-impact team by identifying, engaging and securing top technical talent that aligns with our vision. The ideal candidate brings 3-5 years of recruiting experience- ideally within tech or high-growth startups- and thrives in fast-paced environments.
*This position is required to be onsite Monday - Thursday out of our Los Angeles ( Playa Vista) office, with the option to WFH on Friday.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Partner with hiring managers and executives to identify and scope hiring needs
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies tailored to technical and niche roles
- Guide and influence hiring managers on talent strategy, market insights, and best practices
- Drive improvements to the recruiting processes, optimizing for efficiency and candidate quality
- Create and execute robust hiring strategies that attract top-tier active and passive candidates
- Facilitate and own all aspects of the recruiting process: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, feedbacks and offers
- Ensure a seamless, engaging candidate experience from initial contact to close
- Leverage Greenhouse (ATS) and other tools to maintain pipeline visibility and hiring metrics
What It Takes To Be Successful
- 3-5 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, ideally within startups or high-growth tech companies
- Deep understanding of engineering, product and data roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with proven stakeholder management experience
- Proficiency with recruiting tools such as Greenhouse, Slack, and Discord
- Passion for gaming or esports, with a finger on the pulse of tech and gaming industry trends
- Highly organized with keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple open roles at once
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-pressure environments ( including weekend responsiveness as needed)
