About Syllo

At Syllo, we are shaping the future of Litigation AI. Founded in 2019 by a combined team of litigators and software engineers, we built the first unified platform designed to autonomously manage the end-to-end litigation lifecycle. Today, our technology supports Fortune 500 companies and AmLaw 200 firms as they navigate their most complex legal matters.

Recognized with awards like the ILTA Transformative Project of the Year and ALM eDiscovery Technology of the Year, we are proud of our momentum. Backed by top-tier venture capital, our team has doubled over the past six months. We are a passionate, curious, and collaborative team, and we are looking for teammates who are excited to grow alongside us.

About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Syllo, you will play a key role in driving our next chapter of growth. You will own full-cycle recruiting across a variety of non-technical functions, guiding candidates and hiring teams through every step from initial intake to offer acceptance.

We see talent acquisition as a true partnership rather than a transactional service. In this role, you won't just fill requisitions—you’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers to define success, ask insightful questions, and calibrate candidate profiles before roles open. You are someone who thrives on ownership, takes initiative to solve pipeline challenges, and values data integrity to keep our hiring processes smooth and candidate-centric.

What You’ll Do

  • Own full-cycle recruiting for multiple non-technical roles, proactive sourcing, rigorous screening, scheduling, interview debriefs, reference checks, and offer negotiations.
  • Partner with hiring managers running deep dive intake sessions to define role criteria and interview loops. Serve as a trusted advisor who offers guidance when expectations or requirements need alignment.
  • Proactively source talent going beyond applicant pools by actively searching for standout talent.
  • Deliver a high-touch candidate experience ensuring candidates feel valued, informed, and respected throughout their journey with Syllo, regardless of whether or not they get an offer.
  • Act with urgency. We’re scaling quickly and we need the best people to do it. We don’t lose candidates because we moved slowly.
  • Maintain pipeline integrity and keep our Greenhouse ATS up to date across stages, feedback, and disposition notes to support accurate reporting and clear team communication. Visibility and accuracy allows us to make data informed decisions.
  • Close offers at a high rate. Guide the offer process smoothly from approval through acceptance, managing closing calls and compensation discussions.

What You’ll Bring

  • Demonstrated experience managing the complete recruiting funnel end-to-end across fast-paced, start up environments hiring exceptional talent.
  • 5+ years of direct experience in Greenhouse, setting up requisitions, building  scorecards, managing pipelines, and running reports.
  • Data-driven approach to recruiting. You use pipeline metrics to make better decisions and diagnose bottlenecks, not just report activity.
  • A collaborative mindset that builds trust quickly with stakeholders. You approach hiring as a shared goal and proactively work with managers to resolve recruitment challenges early.
  • Self-motivation to navigate shifting priorities, troubleshoot pipeline bottlenecks, and champion high-quality candidate experiences.
