    • Engineer and maintain the core primitives—fixtures, selectors, and reusable components—that our internal AI test-writing agents consume to generate valid tests.
    • Actively monitor test run performance, optimize suite execution speed, and triage flaky tests to ensure high trust and signal in our continuous integration pipelines.

    • Hands-on proficiency with modern test automation frameworks and API test frameworks.
    • Strong programming skills in languages such as JavaScript or Python.
    • Experience integrating and debugging automated test suites within modern CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions).
    • Proven ability to design comprehensive test scenarios that uncover edge cases, race conditions, and integration risks using techniques like boundary value analysis and equivalence partitioning.
    • A strong foundation in software testing methodologies, including test planning, defect lifecycles, and knowing what to test before deciding how to automate it .
    • Strong communication skills.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience collaborating with or reviewing code generated by AI coding assistants or autonomous agents.
    • Familiarity with containerized testing workflows (Docker) and cloud-based test runners.
    • Experience testing data-intensive SaaS applications, document processing systems, or complex enterprise workflows.
    • Sharp code review skills and bug-finding capability.
