As a Syndigo Photographer, your mission is to be committed to accurate and comprehensive product information. The Photographer will manage the workload and ensure the quality and consistency of images and data captured by adhering to Syndigo's photography and measurement guidelines. Exercises independent judgment resulting in accurate and timely resolution of exceptions, and is accountable for the final decision about the capture of information for products at the client's location. Completes the accurate capture of all assigned images for population into the Syndigo database.
You will have a chance to be able to work at our client’s location and work successfully with clients, internal teams, and manage timelines. Excellent communication is needed to be successful in this role, and working independently to meet customers' deadlines.
This role is located in Syndigo's client’s location in Lakeland, FL.
HOW WE’LL BE WINNING TOGETHER DAY TO DAY:
- Take appropriate action to ensure daily delivery schedules are met
- Adheres to Syndigo's image capture/remote capture procedures in photography, measurement, and data delivery
- Works closely with the client to ensure that there is a steady flow of product available for capture.
- Keep the supervisor informed on progress/issues
- Other duties as assigned
WE SHOULD TALK IF THIS SOUNDS LIKE YOU:
- Photography experience
- Strong leadership skills positive people skills, approachability, credibility, and teamwork
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Solid Customer Service ability as you will be the Syndigo spokesperson to client
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Self-starter, independent thinking, decision-making, and you can work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Knowledgeable using Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
- Is a plus - Technical certification/training in any of the following: photography, media arts, image editing, digital imaging.
Your individual compensation within the budgeted salary range is determined based on your skills, education, experience, and internal equity.

Budgeted Salary Range is:
$35,000 - $37,000 USD
