POSITION OVERVIEW:
The CMMS Administrator is responsible for maintaining and supporting the site's Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), ensuring the accuracy of maintenance-related data, work order management, equipment records, and department documentation. This role supports Maintenance, Calibration, and Facilities operations by administering training records, managing service contracts, maintaining inventory and storeroom functions, and providing reporting and metrics to leadership.
This position requires a proactive individual with strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills who can effectively contribute to a fast-paced, multifaceted manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives and support the ongoing success of the facility.
WORK LOCATION:
Travel to client sites may be required up to 100%, based on project demands and client expectations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Associates will maintain & troubleshoot the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) database for the site. Write/Revise SOP’s. Perform Miscellaneous Filing. Maintain storeroom and order parts. Keep inventory up to date.
- Responsible for ensuring proper entry, removal and modification of information regarding existing and new equipment in the CMMS.
- Develop and maintain complete equipment service files and O&M manuals.
- Ensure timely generation, review and reconciliation of Maintenance & Calibration Work Orders.
- Ensure timely processing of Facilities & Maintenance Work Requests.
- Administer department training program with tracking of employee training records consistent with GXP requirements, which encompasses the Maintenance, Calibration and Facilities teams.
- Initiate and revise Maintenance & Calibration related service contracts within Deal Manager/Contract Manager system.
- Responsible for reporting department fundamentals and metrics to Facilities Management for trending and evaluation.
- Attend Department Team Meetings and Turnover Meetings to keep informed of site issues.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

Education:
- BS/BA degree or equivalent with 2-4 years experience or AA degree or equivalent, with 3-5 years experience within a GXP compliant pharmaceutical / biotech manufacturing environment.
Technical Experience:
- Minimum of two (2) years relative CMMS maintenance related experience.

Must have extensive knowledge of MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Power Point.

COMPENSATION:
The expected salary range for this position is $26.81 to $31.64 hourly. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
