INFINITI of Boerne is adding one Automotive Sales Associate to our team serving Boerne, TX and the greater San Antonio area. Our clients expect more than a salesperson. • Guide each client through their purchase as a trusted advisor, leading with questions and expertise rather than pressure.
• Master the INFINITI lineup so you can match every client with the right vehicle, with confidence.
• Own your pipeline: prospect, follow up, and close with consistency and intention.
• Deliver a refined, seamless experience from first contact through final delivery.
• Build lasting client relationships that generate referrals and repeat business.
• Set and pursue monthly performance targets with a clear plan, not just effort.

Preferred Qualifications

• No prior automotive sales experience necessary; we train the right people.
• Demonstrated performance history in any field with a verifiable track record.
• Experience in fine dining, luxury hotels, high-end retail, or other client-facing roles where the experience is the product.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional presentation and polished client-facing presence.
• Comfort with CRM systems and digital sales tools.

Required

• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
