Executive Assistant
ABOUT SYNTHBEE
SynthBee was founded to build safe, scalable, and reliable Collaborative Intelligence™ to amplify human innovation. We apply our novel computing intelligence platform to complex, mission-critical systems across healthcare, defense, aerospace, automotive, robotics, security, climate, and more—for customers who demand reliability, transparency, and ethics above all.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant (EA) to be the right hand to our CEO and Founder. This is a fully in-person role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth technology environment and wants to be at the center of the action. You'll be the founder's trusted partner—anticipating needs before they arise, protecting their time, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. If you take pride in being ten steps ahead, this is your role.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the founder's calendar end to end—scheduling, prioritizing, and ruthlessly protecting time for what matters most.
- Coordinate and prepare for meetings, ensuring the founder walks in ready with the right context, materials, and agenda every time.
- Anticipate needs and solve problems proactively, often before they're voiced, so the founder can stay focused on the big picture.
- Serve as a gatekeeper and first point of contact, triaging requests and making smart judgment calls on what deserves the founder's attention.
- Handle the details that keep the day running smoothly—travel, logistics, follow-ups, and the countless things that come with supporting a founder at all times.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- 3–5+ years of progressive experience supporting C-Suite executives, thriving in fast-paced, high-growth settings like technology or venture capital.
- A proactive, anticipatory mindset—you see around corners and act before being asked.
- Exceptional organization and the ability to juggle competing priorities without dropping a single ball.
- A relentless work ethic and hustle; you're energized by being at the founder's side and doing whatever it takes to make the Company successful.
- Sharp judgment and discretion in handling sensitive information and high-stakes decisions.
- Excellent communication skills and a warm, professional presence with everyone you interact with.
Not sure you check every box? Apply anyway. At SynthBee, we value unique perspectives, transferable skills, and a genuine growth mindset. If this work excites you and your experience aligns with the core responsibilities, we want to hear from you.
YOU SHOULD APPLY IF
You love solving problems that don't have textbook answers. You build as naturally as you think, and you want your work to matter—for people, for the planet, for the future of intelligence. You're creative, imaginative, and deeply ethical. You believe in decency and collaboration. You are not here to follow the crowd.
WORKING CONDITIONS
This is a full-time, in-person role at SynthBee HQ in Pembroke Pines, FL, Monday through Friday. The role requires extended periods of computer use, research, and code development. Our office is a dynamic, high-energy environment built for the kind of deep collaboration and creative problem-solving that thrives in person. Reasonable accommodations will be provided in accordance with the ADA. Please refer to the BeeKeeper's Guide for details.
