Medical Director

System is hiring a Medical Director to bridge clinical expertise with tech and business strategy and join our leadership team. This person will serve as our lead medical expert, guiding product development with clinical insight, and will report to our Founder & CEO.

 

As Medical Director, you will:

• Help drive our work to build the first systems-level view of health
• Bring deep medical knowledge and clinical experience to our leadership team and product and engineering teams
• Design and implement processes to ensure the medical accuracy and clinical value of our platform
• Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations and oversee authorization processes
• Build and oversee a diverse Medical Advisory Board
• Collaborate with other leads on strategy, business development, and product development

The ideal candidate has:

• An MD degree
• 5+ years of clinical experience, including in a leadership or administrative role
• Knowledge of medical informatics and experience working with EHR systems and healthcare analytics
• Knowledge of major healthcare regulations, clinical operations, and medical best practices
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with a demonstrated team orientation with strong ability to drive projects autonomously as needed
• Familiarity with MVPs, agile development, and balancing clinical standards with speed is a plus

The salary range for this position is $245,000 to $300,000 per year.
