About the Job:
The Sr. Associate Manager of Sales Insights & Analytics is responsible for building and maintaining the topline sales forecast and drives impact across the Taco Bell business by understanding and quantifying business drivers to ensure strategic growth. This role offers an opportunity to work collaboratively across marketing, operations, digital, and finance to ensure the forecast inputs are reflective of brand initiatives. The Sr. Associate Manager of Sales Insights & Analytics will report to the Senior Manager of Sales Insights & Analytics and be part of a diverse, passionate, high functioning team.
The Day-to-Day:
- Lead process to build and maintain topline sales forecasts – annual planning and quarterly updates by understanding drivers of business performance.
- Extensively analyze internal and external forecast inputs to ensure forecast accuracy, including: pricing and calendar actions, macro factors, development impacts, and digital initiatives.
- Continuously analyze overall Taco Bell business to understand drivers of sales, transactions, customer behavior shifts and macro factors and how we perform against competition
- Lead measurement for multiple category teams and collaborate with cross functional team on a continual basis
- Lead topline analytics portion of post audits for TB marketing programs
- Develop and deliver clear presentations that articulate key variables in the forecast to ensure comprehensive understanding of potential risks and upsides for decision-makers.
- Improve depth and accuracy of sales forecast by using a broad spectrum of insights across organization.
- Prepare weekly deliverables that provide key stakeholders insights into performance versus forecast to drive business decisions.
- Create strong cross-functional relationships within marketing, operations, digital, and finance departments to allow easy flow of forecast inputs across organization.
Is This You?
- Bachelor’s Degree required; analytical degree preferred (e.g., Economics, Mathematics, Engineering); MBA a plus.
- 5+ years analytically oriented business leadership and experience developing analytical framework to analyze complex business problems and using analytics to drive business results
- Passion for driving business growth through analytics
- Strong understanding of applied statistical, multivariate modeling.
- Strong internal motivation, intellectual curiosity, logical thinking and desire to have a large impact on our organization
- Superb interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to partner well with other team members
- Strong organizational skills, with ability to work independently and multi-task in a complex, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment
- Resourceful nature, with strong problem-solving and customer-service orientation
- Experience synthesizing and presenting actionable insights from a variety of data-points and analyses
- Highly versed in applications software including advanced Excel and particularly strong understanding of Relational Databases with writing custom SQL. Familiarity with PowerBI a plus. Strong understanding of PowerPoint.

Salary Range: $115,100 to $135,300 annually + bonus eligibility + benefits
