About the Job:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Production Support Analyst I to oversee the smooth operation and maintenance of our software applications and systems in a dynamic production environment. This pivotal role demands a solid technical background, exceptional problem-solving abilities, and effective communication skills.
You'll be working on Above Store platforms and products. Being an escalation point to the Taco Bell service desk. You will answer support calls, address escalations, and collaborate with other Taco Bells teams as needed to resolve issues that come to the Above Store team. You will work on creating new knowledge base articles and or update current knowledge base articles. You will perform production validation testing (PVT) after updates are made to the Above Store platforms and products.
The Day-to-Day:
- Provide technical support and implement solutions for Taco Bell’s Above Store (AS) portfolio, encompassing a range of applications and systems used across different business functions and by our external Franchise partners.
- Develop comprehensive documentation and conduct user training for the supported applications.
- Investigate and resolve configuration and non-software-related issues to ensure smooth operations.
- Tackle 3rd level restaurant issues with prompt remediation; collaborate on problem management practices to identify root causes and implement proactive measures to prevent future problems.
- Engage in defect analysis.
- Utilizing strong analytical skills to obtain accurate and efficient results while paying meticulous attention to detail.
Is This You?
- At least 2 years of experience in Technology Support, preferably in application support in a multi-location environment.
- Ability to support and troubleshoot third party and in-house applications.
- Experience with relational databases (MySQL, MS SQL)
- Strong attention to detail, ensuring accurate and efficient results when analyzing data.
- Availability for occasional work outside regular business hours and on-call support.

Salary Range: $68,300 to $83,000 annually + bonus eligibility + equity (if applicable) + benefits
