About the Job:
The In Restaurant Digital Merchandiser on the Omnichannel Experience team is accountable for the end-to-end planning and execution of the kiosk and digital menu board (DMB) and drives impact across the Taco Bell business through delivering relevant content to align with business goals and the marketing calendar. With this role, you will be managing the content roadmap that aligns with the marketing calendar and our robust test calendar, delivering content that touches our 2 on-premises ordering channels, the kiosk and our largest channel (the drive-thru). The In Restaurant Digital Merchandiser will report to the Director, Omnichannel Customer Experience and be part of the digital transformation of how users experience Taco Bell at new levels.
The Day-to-Day:
- Partner with Brand, Product, Creative, marketing operations and digital optimization teams to align on go to market plans for new product highlights in the drive-thru and kiosk
- Manage content roadmap to align with the marketing calendar for any national launches as well as product and market tests
- Manage all product tests that touch in-restaurant digital channels, partnering with product managers when necessary to support specific test requests
- Manage the sections of the OMB (omnichannel merchandising briefs) for the in-restaurant channels, ensuring requests are made for all assets needed for the experience
- Project manage workload and workflow for creative deliverables across all cross-functional partners to ensure efficiency, and accuracy.
- Work with our vendor partner to ensure communication on creative development needs and timing, ensuring the creative process is followed and timing is executed to deliver on time.
- Partner with the Senior Manager of Ecomm Merchandising and the menu optimization team to ensure that learnings are leveraged in national menu releases
- Ensure Miro is updated with schematics and roadmaps on planned experiences for all national experience and test launches
Is This You?
- BA/BS and at least 6+ years of experience in digital content management or equivalent years of experience in the digital space, experience in QSR a plus.
- Proven understanding of the creative process to build digital creative assets for use in a digital channel
- Project management, execution, and cross-functional experience that drives efficiency and continuity.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills that translate to project ownership and accountability with a desire to understand, empathize, and continuously improve and solve problems.
- High attention to detail ensuring that all stages within the process are complete in a timely manner, while holding cross-functional teams accountable for set deadlines
- High emotional IQ with the ability to articulate complex ideas, achieve results, and create an enjoyable environment.

Salary Range: $107,800 to $137,000 annually + bonus eligibility + benefits
