About the Job:
The Director of the Taco Bell Foundation will be a driving force behind our mission to empower youth and create lasting change. In this high-impact role, you’ll lead with vision, inspire a talented team, and ensure our programs are making a measurable difference. You’ll oversee day-to-day operations, manage innovative programs, and spearhead fundraising efforts to fuel our growth. As the face of the foundation, you’ll cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, set ambitious goals, and champion our values and culture. The Day-to-Day:
- Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with the Foundation’s mission and values.
- Collaborate with the Board of Directors and senior executives to set priorities and measure impact.
- Ensure long-term sustainability, growth, and measurable outcomes of programs.
- Oversee daily operations, staff supervision, and program execution.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards for nonprofits.
- Manage the foundation’s budget, monitor financial performance, and ensure transparency.
- Lead fundraising efforts, cultivate major donors, and identify new revenue opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, partners, and the media.
- Oversee the development of marketing and communication strategies to raise awareness.
- Provide regular performance updates to the Board and support board engagement.
- Develop succession planning and long-term staffing strategies to ensure future growth.
- Drive initiatives that support professional development and a collaborative team culture.
Is This You?
- Bachelor’s degree in non-profit management, public administration, business, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
- 7-10+ years of experience in a leadership role within a non-profit organization, with at least 3+ years in corporate non-profits.
- Proven track record of fundraising, grant writing, and managing donor relationships.
- Demonstrated success in managing budgets with comprehensive financial reporting and analysis.
- Led the development and execution of strategic plans that resulted in key area growth (fundraising, programs, etc.).
- Strong public speaking and communication skills, with experience delivering presentations to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, community leaders, and corporate partners.
- Demonstrated success in leading and managing teams of employees, with measurable improvements in performance and outcomes.

Salary Range: $160,000 - $200,000 annually + bonus eligibility + benefits
