About the Job:

The Supply Chain Data Analyst will be part of UK & Europe Supply Chain Team, a dynamic team that values collaboration, resourcefulness, and enthusiasm. You will closely work with the pan-EU supply chain team, internal and external partners helping to leverage data and insights to report, continuously optimise performance and deliver our supply chain ambitions. You will support the Taco Bell Europe supply chain team by providing actionable insights and analytics to drive decision-making, enhance operational efficiency, and improve supplier performance. The role is instrumental in ensuring accurate forecasting, cost management, and supply chain optimisation across multiple European markets.

 

This position is based out of UK office and is ideal for individuals with high accountability, strong analytical skills, great attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and a drive for results. In this role you will:

  • Automate the short, medium, and long terms demand baseline forecast at SKU item level in Power BI
  • Collect, clean, and analyse data from multiple sources including supplier reports, sales forecasts and market trends
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to track KPIs such as cost of sales, supplier performance, forecast vs actuals, stock holding & weeks cover
  • Develop and provide weekly reporting to the Supply Chain leadership team
  • Creation of full end to end commercial reporting – full visibility of stock in the network
  • Review historical trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, develop statistical models, and evaluate forecast results
  • Perform root cause analysis on key forecast deviations. Supports Business, Marketing, Logistics, and production strategies and identify opportunities to meet market needs
  • In collaboration with Logistics and Buying Team, ensure the right stock is in the right place at the right time to deliver customer requirements at DC level
  • Work with Marketing and Finance teams to combine, refine and publish total business demand plan (in applicable levels / aggregated views e.g., by product, by category etc.)
  • Create insights from business forecast analysis to drive continuous improvement (specifically from a proactiveness point of view) in Supply Chain
  • Incorporate market intelligence into demand plans
  • Lead promotional activity forecast planning at SKU item level
  • Support cost modelling for new market entries
  • Work with Procurement team to develop, enhance and simplify processes

 

Is this you? 

  • Minimum of 2-4 years experience in supply chain analytics, procurement, or logistics management
  • Data and analysis-driven with advanced Excel skills
  • Advanced proficiency with data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI)
  • Self-starter capable of solving complex problems with limited data
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Experience working at International restaurant business, food retailer, food supplier, or in food manufacturing is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and coordinate workflow and outputs efficiently across multiple functional groups
  • Strong communications (presentation, verbal, writing) and relationship development skills
  • Strong process creation and optimization
