About the Job:
The Product Owner II is responsible for supporting delivery initiatives and drives impact across the Taco Bell business through project coordination, vendor management, support escalation, and serving as a brand liaison for our franchisees. With this role, the opportunities are endless. You’ll have the opportunity to implement innovative digital technologies, collaborate cross functionally, build relationships with franchisees and key stakeholders and support Taco Bell’s rapidly growing business. This role may require occasional availability outside of regular business hours to support P1 or P2 escalations as needed.
The Day-to-Day:
- Identify and support Delivery needs of the brand through regular meetings and communications with franchisees, vendors, and internal teams
- Prepare and lead tasks and resolve issues related to delivery initiatives related to technology and franchisee inquiries
- Effectively listen and collaborate in meetings by asking meaningful questions to understand the importance and track next steps with action items clearly outlined for all parties involved
- Participate in strategic & tactical planning discussions to solve difficult problems.
- Partner cross-functionally with internal teams and vendors to continuously improve implementation processes and ensure technology products are best-in-class
Is This You?
- BA or BS degree preferred combined with a minimum 3 years of experience in technology implementation and project coordination
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Organized, detail oriented, and able to regularly meet deadlines

Salary Range: $78,300 to $100,000 annually + bonus eligibility + benefits
