About the Job: 

The Head of Digital Brand Soul, ONEUROPE is responsible for creating and driving Taco Bell’s digital proposition across the UK & Europe, focusing on delivering a consumer centric, inspiring and distinctive experience across all digital touchpoints. It will start with developing the strategy for the region with a clear digital brand ‘soul’ vision which supports the massive growth ambition of Taco Bell across UK & Europe. This role will bring together and shape the brand’s full digital ecosystem, including acquisition, retention and loyalty through CRM, kiosks, website, new app development, delivery partners and media to accelerate and nurture consumer community experiences and commercial success. With this role, the opportunities are endless: launching digital innovations, expanding into new countries, and creating a best in market ‘digital brand’. The Head of Digital Soul will report to the UK & Europe CMO and collaborate across marketing, operations, technology and franchise partners. You will work closely with, and provide support to the e-Commerce & Delivery Managers that are leading specific projects.

Critical partnership will be with Taco Bell International to define, build, and implement global programs across ONEUROPE.

The Day-to-Day

  • Write and lead the strategy for the full Digital Ecosystem: Develop and execute a consumer-first digital brand experience
  • Define value proposition for digital channels to both consumers and our franchisee partners
  • Develop and drive the Delivery Aggregator strategy for continuous, incremental and profitable growth
  • Be the strategic link between our technology road map and customer experience by becoming a tech development ‘thought partner’
  • Work closely with e-Commerce and Delivery Managers across markets
  • Drive CRM & Loyalty Programs: Utilise first-party data to optimise customer engagement, retention, and long-term value
  • Continuously enhance Digital Kiosk and Website experience: Implement best-in-market kiosk CX strategies, improving user interface, personalisation, and operational efficiency
  • Engage in overall media/social media strategy discussions and planning across EU market
  • Support Project Leader on the development of UK trial app
  • Expand into New Markets: Oversee digital strategies for market entries, ensuring localisation, scalability, and strong customer adoption
  • Optimise Performance & Analytics: Establish KPIs, track performance, and leverage analytics tools to continuously enhance digital initiatives

Is this you?  

  • At least 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, ecommerce, or a related field, with a strong focus on consumer engagement and digital sales growth
  • Has championed the development of Digital Strategy
  • Proven leadership experience, including managing cross-functional teams and external partnerships
  • Expertise in multi-channel digital marketing, including app-based engagement, push notifications, SMS, digital advertising, SEO and email marketing
  • Strong data-driven mindset, with proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Braze, and CRM and SEO platforms.
  • Experience in marketing through delivery platforms like UberEats, Just Eat and Deliveroo
  • Experience launching and scaling digital innovations, such as loyalty programs, self-service kiosks, and ecommerce integrations.
  • Relentlessly curious on technology with a customer first lens
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, balancing strategy and execution
  • Above all, being relentlessly curious about the consumer
