About the Job:
At Taco Bell, we aren’t just looking for candidates, we’re looking for individuals who Live Más. Our team is growing and we’re looking for an Associate Brand Manager to provide support in executing the overall marketing strategy for Taco Bell in Canada.
Taco Bell Canada is looking for an Associate Brand Manager to help grow our brand across all touch points. This role is ideal for a data-driven marketer with a knack for project management, creative insights and performance marketing. You’ll work closely with marketing, IT, media agencies and global partners to execute the best of the best campaigns that fuel brand love and drive transactions.
The Day-to-Day:
- Help the Marketing, IT, and POS teams launch marketing campaigns across all ordering platforms (POS, app, kiosk, and aggregators) and enhance ordering touch points
- POP management with agency partners and cross-functional teams (creative, printing, kitting, shipping)
- Develop and implement marketing plans, including in-store promotions, printed flyers, and localized communications tailored to the Canadian market; Lead internal communications with the U.S. communications team.
- Support pricing strategy and menu refreshes with Director of Marketing and Finance teams throughout the year
- Drive beverage strategy and support NSO and LSM activities in partnership with key team members
Is This You?
- BA and 3+ years of experience in Marketing or equivalent years of experience in the digital space.
- Experience in project management, execution, and cross-functional experience that drives efficiency and continuity
- Must have QSR experience
- Experience using Google Analytics (GA4) is an asset
- Strong analytics skills in both financial and marketing contexts with the ability to drive brand growth
