Administrative Assistant
About the Job:
Taco Bell is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team A-team (Administrative Team).
The ideal candidate has high energy and loves the Taco Bell Brand. The person loves to take on any challenge and views balancing changing priorities as an opportunity. Maintain confidential and sensitive information and files including performance appraisals, severance, policy, and personnel files. The person enjoys taking accountability and working as part of a team. At the same time, the person is a self-starter who likes self-directed work.
Responsibilities will include administrative work, such as coordinating daily meeting schedules and managing demanding calendars, travel coordination, and submission of expenses. Additional responsibilities include processing invoices, creating documents, and working on ad hoc projects. The successful candidate must possess strong organizational, communication and office software skills.
The Day-to-Day:
- Provide support to multiple cross functional leaders within the HR team and other TB departments.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings while continuously tracking calendars to anticipate needs before they arise. Ensure seamless communication and coordination across multiple groups by managing calendars and assisting with tasks that require collaboration between teams in different department.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, handle expense reports, and procure necessary supplies, services, and equipment. Oversee and monitor the department budget and project expenditures.
- Coordinate and support virtual and in-person department meetings, on and off-site events.
- Prepare documents, spreadsheets and presentations utilizing PowerPoint, Excel, Word and/or Canva.
- Partner closely with department Executive Assistant and provide support to Leadership teams when needed while collaborate with TB Admins to cultivate a dynamic and vibrant "Live Mas" culture within Taco Bell.
- Support with ad hoc projects and reports as necessary
Is This You?
- Minimum of 3+ years of relevant work experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to work with people at all levels within the organization
- Advanced computer skills in Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong calendaring experience, preferably dealing with complex meeting scheduling and shifting priorities
- Ability to prioritize work, demonstrate problem-solving ability, attention to detail, and managing information
- Ability to anticipate team needs and come up with creative solutions
- Flexibility to evolve as business needs change in a fast-paced environment

Salary Range: $60,300 to $75,000 annually + bonus eligibility + benefits
