About the Job:
The Sr. Analyst, Creative Operations plays an integral project management role in the Creative Marketing Operations team improving the efficiency and productivity of the business. The ideal candidate will be a high-energy individual who is self-directed and able to easily handle multiple and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong logical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to understand laser-focused marketing strategies and business operations.
The Day-to-Day:
- Key gate keeper of timelines and deliverables within design pillars, maintaining and monitoring project plans/timelines, work hours
- Capable of leading and tracking multiple projects via project management systems, operating effective knowledge management systems for vertical
- Support documenting and optimizing workflows and processes within vertical
- Capable of leading projects independently, with limited supervision
- Develop and manage status documents /reporting and enforce briefing due dates
- Takes ownership of project timelines and processes to execute various projects
- Understands how and when to bring leadership along at appropriate milestones, and proactively presents solutions
- Clearly understand the objectives, deliverables, watch-outs, and technical specs with a focus on identifying missing information and thinking through the project approach
- Attend meetings where timelines and creative deliverables are discussed
- Identify opportunities to change or improve processes
Is This You?
- BA or BS Degree in a related field preferred
- 5+ years relevant industry experience preferred –Relevant agency experience or internal creative experience preferred
- Experience with QSR/CPG or franchised business is strongly desired
- Strong problem solving skills with the ability to understand business operations
- Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Superb time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
- Intermediate experience with project management software systems

Salary Range: $96,000 to $105,000 annually + bonus eligibility + benefits
